Slash Shield™ Shipping Policy
All orders ship FOB Orlando, Florida, from our primary distribution center. Slash Shield™ is a commercial‑grade safety product, and all shipments are prepared with industry‑standard packaging to ensure secure transit.
Order Processing
Wholesale orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after approval and payment confirmation. Larger distributor orders, including pallet quantities, may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is queued for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier selection. Slash Shield™ uses UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for larger shipments. Distributors may request their own carrier accounts for outbound shipments.
Tracking Information
A tracking number is issued automatically once your order leaves our facility. Distributors are responsible for monitoring delivery status and coordinating receipt at their location.
Domestic Shipping
Slash Shield™ ships throughout the United States. Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a custom freight quote and documentation requirements.
Damage, Loss, or Delivery Issues
Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Any claims for damage, loss, or misdelivery must be filed directly with the carrier. Slash Shield™ will assist with documentation if needed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate. Slash Shield™ is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Wholesale‑Only Access
Slash Shield™ is available exclusively to approved wholesale and distributor accounts. Pricing is not public. Orders will only be shipped to verified business addresses associated with approved accounts.
